This Refund Policy outlines our stance on refunds for services purchased through our Platform at https://virtuallystage.com. This policy should be read in conjunction with our comprehensive Terms of Service, which govern your use of our Services.
1. Our General Refund Policy
1.1. All Sales Are Final: As stated in our Terms of Service, specifically Section 6.6 (Refunds and Cancellations), all purchases made on the Virtuallystage Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
1.2. This policy applies to all one-time purchases of Services, including but not limited to, the creation of Modified Works or any other specified output.
1.3. We encourage all users to carefully review their selections and ensure they are satisfied with their choices before completing any payment.
2. Why Are Purchases Non-Refundable?
2.1. Our Services involve the immediate and personalized creation of digital content (Modified Works) based on your uploaded Photos and selections. Once a payment is made and the process of generating your Modified Work begins or is completed, the digital service has been rendered and consumed.
2.2. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, and the immediate value provided upon completion of the service, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is confirmed.
3. What to Do Before Purchasing
3.1. We recommend that you:
- Fully understand the features and capabilities of our Services.
- Review the pricing details and chosen options carefully before confirming your payment.
- Read our Terms of Service in their entirety, paying particular attention to the sections on "Pricing and Payments" and "Refunds and Cancellations."
4. Exceptional Circumstances
4.1. In rare cases where there is a confirmed technical defect on Virtuallystage's part that demonstrably prevented the successful delivery of the Modified Work you paid for (and this issue is not due to user error, incorrect input, or issues with your source Photos), please contact our support team at support@virtuallystage.com within 24 hours of the unsuccessful transaction. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis at our sole discretion, and any resolution will be at Virtuallystage's option, which may include re-processing the service or providing equivalent credit. This does not constitute a waiver of our general non-refundable policy.
