Built by a realtor
Made by a working real estate agent — for agents.
I was tired of virtual staging that looked fake — so I built the tool I wished existed and opened it to other agents.
As an agent, I know a buyer’s first impression starts with the photos. A well-presented home helps buyers stop scrolling, picture themselves living there, and want to see it in person. Whether it’s staged virtually or with real furniture, the goal is the same: get more attention, bring more buyers through the door, and give the home a better chance of selling faster.
When you’re comparing staging tools, it’s easy to focus on the price, the number of credits, or the monthly subscription. But the real value is in what those photos can do for your listing. You’re paying for photos that look real, present the home at its best, and give buyers a reason to come see it.
That’s why I built VirtuallyStage: to help agents turn a first impression into real interest.

Questions agents ask before they try it
Straight answers — the same ones on our full FAQ.
Is AI virtual staging MLS-compliant?
Yes. VirtuallyStage adds furniture and décor only — walls, floors, windows and fixtures stay exactly as photographed, which is the accuracy test every MLS applies. On download you can bake a "Virtually Staged" label into the corner of the photo, the disclosure most boards ask for. Disclosure rules differ by state and province; we keep a verified list.
Does AI virtual staging look real?
The renders are 4K and photorealistic — real material texture, shadows that match the room's light, furniture sized to the space. Every photo comes back with up to 20 versions across 8 styles so you pick the one that fits the home. Judge it yourself on real listing photos, before and after.
How much does virtual staging cost per photo?
$35 for 8 photos — one full listing — which works out to about $4.38 per photo. Larger packs are $99 for 30, $249 for 80 (about $3.11 each), and volume packs up to 400 photos at $2.50 each. Furniture removal is $9 for 15 photos. No subscription, no monthly fee, and credits never expire. But it isn't about credits or who is cheapest: a buyer's first impression is the photos, and you are paying for photos that look real and give buyers a reason to come see the house.
How fast is AI virtual staging?
About 15 seconds per photo. Upload the empty room, pick a style, and the staged 4K image is back before you've finished reading this — versus the 24 to 48 hours human-edited services typically take.
Do I need a subscription?
No. VirtuallyStage is pay per photo: buy a pack, spend one credit per photo, and unused credits stay in your account for good. There is nothing to cancel, and there is no monthly fee between listings.
Can it remove furniture from listing photos?
Yes. Brush over the furniture or clutter you want gone and a dedicated removal engine takes it out in about 15 seconds. It is built only for removal, separate from staging, so the room stays as photographed — the walls, floor, windows and light are the ones in your photo, nothing is redrawn — and you can stage the cleared room in the same session.
